The members of the Truck
Committee took a trip to the KME Factory for the final inspection of
our new
Rescue Pumper. The trip gave the members a chance to look over the
truck ensuring that all the details of production were completed as
specified. The truck will now go to ESI, Inc. to be fitted with
Holmatro rescue equipment. Some of the features include a 25 kW Onan
generator, 2 Wilburt light towers, a CAT C9 diesel engine, an Allison
transmission, a portable winch, a hitch receiver at the front and rear
of
the vehicle, and warning package from Code 3 and Whelen.
