9th May, 2011.  Crews were called to the Hyatt Place hotel for reports of a sprinkler activation.  On arrival water was evident flowing through the first floor ceiling from the second floor room where a sprinkler had been activated due to the fuse in the sprinkler head being broken by a clothes hanger.

The sprinkler system was deactivated and a fire watch was posted until the system could be made good.
